Job summary

Hollywood Casino Morgantown is seeking an enthusiastic guest-facing teammate to join our restaurant team. Greets guests, takes orders, and delivers food and beverages with a focus on friendly, attentive service.

Starting pay is $3.18 per hour plus tips; must be 18+, have a High School Diploma or GED, and be available for nights, weekends, and overtime. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle money accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be able to count money and make change accurately.
• Knows or is able to learn tray service.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.

• Serves as an ambassador of an excellent guest dining experience.
• Prepares restaurant and tables for service.
• Responsible for a certain section(s) and provides superb service following the service standards.
• Shows enthusiasm towards guest and products.
• Helps follow servers; maintains a team mentality.
• Accurate computer input of orders and delivery of food, wine and beverages.
• Reconciles checks, thank guests and invites them back.
• Clears and resets tables.
• Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP guidelines.
• Stocks side stations throughout the shift; Performs opening/closing side work.
