Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will guide guests to tables, present menus, and assist with drink selections while ensuring smooth dining room operations.

Responsibilities include directing residents, taking care of opening/closing duties, and delivering top-tier customer service in a community setting. A Food Handler’s Card is required or obtainable through Spectrum.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation and a friendly demeanor.
• 18+ or schoolwork authorization if under 18.

Job Description

Schedule: Part-Time.6am-2:30pm & 3:30-7pm, varied weekdays and every other weekend.

As a Server in our community restaurant, YOU… help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Their satisfaction starts with YOU!

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization(if applicable)
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Must have strong customer service presentation
