Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to help create an exceptional dining experience in our community restaurant. You will greet residents, guide them to tables, suggest dishes, and support drink selections to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include opening and closing dining room duties, building relationships with residents, and delivering friendly, high-quality service consistent with our standards. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Must currently hold a Food Handlers Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Must have strong customer service presentation.
