Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Ellisville, MO is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server to enhance the dining experience for residents. You will guide guests to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and help with drink selection, delivering courteous, attentive service in a welcoming community setting.

You'll complete opening and closing dining room tasks, uphold safety and presentation standards, and participate in a team that values compassion, reliability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Schedule: Part-Time

• As a Server, you will direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community
