Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Dining Service – Assist with seating, build positive relationships with residents and guests, and help residents select their meals.
• Ensure Safety and Sanitation – Set and clear tables, arrange seating, and maintain the cleanliness and condition of all flatware and glassware. Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas. Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping while adhering to safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate Effectively – Proactively communicate with residents and team members.
• Other Duties as Assigned – Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.

This Job Also Requires

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow emergency protocols.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.
