Job summary

Vivie in Minnesota is seeking a part-time server to deliver warm, personalized dining service to residents in a welcoming, community-focused setting. You will assist with meal selections, seating, and maintaining a clean, inviting dining area while upholding safety and hospitality standards.

Evening shifts 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., 24 hours per pay period, with every other weekend and holiday. Benefits include health and wellbeing coverage, retirement options, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Job description

Schedule: Part-time | 24 hours/pay period | Evenings during Weekdays 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. | includes every other weekend and holiday (mixed day and evening shifts)

Pay Range: $15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location. This position includes a $250 sign-on bonus!

As a Server, You Will

• Provide Exceptional Dining Service - Assist with seating, building positive relationships with residents and guests, and helping resident select their meals.
• Ensure Safety and Sanitation - Set and clear tables, arrange seating, and maintain the cleanliness and conditional of all flatware and glassware. Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas. Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping while adhering to safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate Effectively - Proactively communicate with residents and team member.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.
