Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is hiring a Server for the Muckleshoot Restaurant. This on-site, full-time role requires focusing on guest experience, accurate order taking, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked station.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 (one) year serving experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit (required).
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Permit (required).
• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR’s values with excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed table, before, during and after guests are served.
• Take orders and present food to guests.
• Help guests’ select food and beverage items (i.e.: explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, or answering food preparation questions).
• Keep wait station area clean and restocked.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Complete specific daily/weekly cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent guest service by providing a positive dining experience.
• Conclude dining experience by thanking the guests and inviting them to return.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
