Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is seeking a Beverage Server to provide friendly service on the casino floor and bar areas. You will serve beverages and food, stock supplies, and maintain clean stations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least six months of beverage-serving experience, a WA Health Card or Food Handlers Permit, and the ability to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit; advantageous skills include teamwork and strong guest relations.

Qualifications

• Six months or more serving beverages experience required.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must maintain WA Health Card/Food Handler's Permit.
• Must obtain Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit.
• Ability to obtain Class III B gaming license.

What You’ll Do

• Promote positive Guest relations.
• Serve beverages and food.
• Stock supplies.
• Clean stations and gaming areas in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Assist bartender as needed.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• A minimum of 6 (six) months’ experience in serving beverages is required.
• Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit.
