Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is hiring for roles to provide outstanding guest service at the bar and banquet areas, presenting food and beverages, and performing bartending duties in a fast-paced casino setting.

Stocking and caring for banquet equipment, maintaining clean spaces, and supporting a positive work environment are essential. Applicants must be 21+, and a Class III B gaming license may be required with prior restaurant/deli experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Bartending duties knowledge and beverage presentation.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide service within policy and event BEO guidelines.

• Perform bartending duties as directed and/or assigned.
• Provide excellent guest service and promote positive guest relations.
• Stock, store, and care for all banquet equipment.
• Assistin the washing andstocking ofglassware and utensils as needed.
• Cleanbanquetsand storage areas as needed.
• Ensure banquet areas are clean and restocked.
• Create,maintains, andfacilitatesa positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to theappropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1(one) year restaurant/deli experience preferred.
