Job summary

The Henry in Dearborn, MI is seeking a friendly Server to provide prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests under supervision. You will greet guests, take orders, present items, and ensure accurate, timely delivery in a well-maintained dining area.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, basic math for cash handling, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Marriott/Hyatt brand standards experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take guests' food and drink orders and ensure accuracy and timely delivery to tables.
• Prepare and present items, maintain a clean service area, and follow health codes.
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
• Ensure a safe working environment by following safety programs and department requirements.
