Detroit Foundation Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to join The Apparatus Room team. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and emphasizes delivering memorable guest experiences beyond simple order taking.

Formación

• Fluent English both verbally and non-verbally.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Restaurant or Event/Banquet server in a hotel or free-standing restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Create memorable guest experiences through friendly, timely food and beverage service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergy considerations.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth dining experiences and timely deliveries.
• Uphold company standards of People, Place and Character in daily operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic beverage terms and safe alcohol service.
