The Henry, a member of the Autograph Collection, managed by Hotel Equities, seeks a friendly Houseperson in Dearborn, MI. You will support hotel operations by cleaning designated areas, replacing linens, replenishing amenities, and making beds to ensure a pristine guest environment.

As part of our team, you’ll assist with daily housekeeping tasks, maintain safety standards, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences at this luxury property in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and responds to special requests.
• Responds to guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions appropriately and refers them to management for superior guest service.
• Maintains privacy and security by properly announcing entry and servicing guestrooms as appropriate.
• Cleans guestrooms to standard including bed making, bathrooms, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Properly handles lost and found items per department policies.
