Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full time SERVER LEAD at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. You will oversee front-of-house operations, train team members, and ensure quality service during 12 hour shifts.

Leadership experience is preferred; rotating weekends and holidays are required. Compass Group clients and patients rely on your attention to detail and hospitality, while supporting a safe, clean dining environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
