Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Food Service Utility Shift Supervisor for the Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. You will direct associates on a specific shift, train staff, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.

The role requires previous supervisory experience and offers a 9:00 am–9:00 pm schedule with rotating weekends. Competitive pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour and benefits for eligible staff.

• Experience in food service operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of assigned job expectations.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare reports for management on quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
