Job summary

Skytop Lodge, Inc. is seeking a part-time server for Lakeview restaurant in Kentucky. You will input orders, serve guests in sequence, know menu items and VIP considerations, and keep your station ready and clean. The role emphasizes delivering a pleasant guest experience throughout service.

Candidates should be able to stand for long shifts, work independently or in a team, and communicate effectively in English. Availability to work holidays and weekends is preferred.

• Know menu items and any special circumstances in your station (VIPs, cakes, etc.)
• Get your station ready.
• Ensure tables are cleared for next course.
• Keep your station clean during the meal service period.
• In general, work to create a pleasant experience for your guests in all respects.
• Complete assigned side work

HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED:

Requirements

• Schedule flexible to meet needs. Skytop Lodge offers many amenities for employees and families!
• Part-time position available, must be able to work holidays and weekends.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to work and be “on your feet” for long hours each day. Must be able to lift and carry trays ranging in weight from one (1) to fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to assist in the moving of furniture when setups for meals or special functions are in process.
