Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina, a luxury property, seeks a Full-Time Server La Hiki with aloha spirit to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will anticipate guest needs, explain menu options, and ensure accurate closing of guest checks while upholding Five‑Diamond service standards.

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full-Time Server La Hiki who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Server - La Hiki reports to the Restaurant General Manager while providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments;

Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.

What you bring:

An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task

High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine

Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset

Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Food and Beverage experience

Ability to carry and balance a tray (up to 40lbs)

Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
