Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Server Specialist to design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. You will manage physical and virtual servers, storage, and related technologies, while providing technical expertise to internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on server administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux distributions.
• Familiarity with virtualization, storage, and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and security patching.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Perform backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Apply security patches and maintain compliance.
• Plan migrations and enable high availability.
• Develop automation scripts for routine tasks.
• Collaborate with network, application teams, and mentor juniors.
• Document configurations and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Prepare health and utilization reports for management.
