Job summary

Primanti Bros is seeking a server to deliver exceptional dining experiences with friendly, attentive service. You will know the menu, explain choices, and promote current promotions and events.

Maintain table cleanliness, upsell items, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service. Responsibilities include accurate order entry, handling payments, following safety and sanitation policies, and supporting teammates to ensure a great fan experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English
• Good communication and people skills
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and courteous with multitasking ability
• Basic math skills for handling payments and POS entries
• Completion of required state certifications (RAMP/TIPS) if applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and friendly service from greeting to farewell.
• Explain menu items, promotions, and answer questions.
• Upsell items and inform customers of promotions/events.
• Enter orders accurately in POS and coordinate timing with kitchen.
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain table appearance.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service policies.
• Work with team to maintain a positive dining environment.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and daily cleaning duties.
