Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Good communication skills and friendly disposition.
• Enthusiastic, dependable and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Complete RAMP and/or TIPS certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fans and provide warm, attentive service from start to finish.
• Explain menu items and promotions; answer questions.
• Upsell relevant items and promote specials and events.
• Take, write, and enter orders accurately in the POS system.
• Deliver orders and ensure quality; follow up as needed.
• Bus tables, maintain clean station, and manage drink levels.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and verify ages when required.
• Process payments according to procedures; maintain accuracy.
• Keep work area clean; complete opening/closing tasks.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed by supervision.
