Job summary

Delaware North Travel is seeking a Server to join our team at UNIT in CITY and STATE. This tipped role offers an opportunity to impact guests’ dining experiences with friendly service, accurate order entry, and knowledgeable menu guidance.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve beverages, manage payments, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff. Responsibilities include opening/closing, side work, and maintaining clean, sanitized workspaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• Beneficial to have 1 year’s server experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with a point‑of‑sale system in a service or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus and communicate specials, and take orders.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following policies.
• Enter orders in the POS, process payments, and deliver the check to guests.
• Collaborate with fellow servers, kitchen and bar staff.
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side duties; keep equipment and spaces clean and organized.
