Job summary

MaineGuide is seeking a reliable, hospitality-driven individual for a part-time server/host role in a small, tight-knit team. Expect 1–2 serving shifts weekly and at least 1 hosting shift, with potential to pick up additional shifts when coverage is needed.

Candidates should have 3 years of serving experience, solid wine/beer/cocktail knowledge, and comfort with modern POS systems. A friendly, team-first attitude and flexibility are essential to succeed at MaineGuide.

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant serving experience in a fast-paced or upscale-casual environment.
• Solid knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails; eagerness to learn the beverage program.
• Friendly, positive demeanor and ability to make guests feel at home.
• Strong familiarity with modern restaurant POS systems.
• Team-first attitude; willing to jump in and help coworkers.
• Flexibility to handle serving and hosting duties, plus occasional extra shifts.
