Job summary

The Club at Twin Lakes is seeking energetic Servers to join our service team. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, upsell items, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance. You will handle payments, maintain a clean workspace, check IDs, and assist coworkers as a team player.

Qualifications

• Must upsell food and beverage items.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cordial behavior.
• Minimum of 3 years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Ability to upsell and drive revenue.
• Must be able to check IDs and suspend service to intoxicated customers.
• Pennsylvania RAMP or comparable training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous food & beverage service to guests while maximizing sales.
• Provide superior table service according to established standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work area for efficiency and aesthetics.
• Handle payments and complete transactions according to standard.
• Notify management of incidents involving alcohol impairment or intoxicated guests.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Assist coworkers as needed to maintain service levels.
