Job summary

Willowpoint at Lake Martin invites friendly Dining Room Servers to join our hospitality team. This multi-area role may include dining outlets, member events, banquets, and special functions as needed.

Responsibilities include delivering attentive service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and club events, guiding guests through menus, and accommodating dietary preferences in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred; club, resort, or fine dining experience is a plus.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for members and guests.

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections to answer questions and make recommendations.

• Clear, reset, and maintain dining tables and service areas to club standards.
• Assist with banquet and event service as needed.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
