Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is hiring for a full-time Food & Beverage role. Join a luxury resort team delivering water, coffee and tea, keeping stations ready and tables refreshed with a focus on impeccable guest service.

Flexibility is required to work afternoon/evening shifts, weekends and holidays. English fluency and a professional, friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role at our resort in Naples, Florida.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with server/bar teams.
• Strong communication skills are essential for guest interaction.
• Outgoing, can-do attitude and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, coffee and tea to guests and resetting stations.
• Perform opening/closing side work and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Clear and reset tables promptly between guests and manage guest flow.
• Ensure courteous, proactive guest service with warm eye contact and a smile.

What You Will Do:

• Assist Servers by providing water, bread service,coffeeand tea throughout the meal to guests.Replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishesandanticipatingguests'needs,and communicating with teammembersbefore requests are made.

• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.Set andmaintainstations, breakdown any buffets, displaysandcheckstationsduringservice orasneeded.

• Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them forthe specificnumber ofguests.

• Always ensure a clean,neat,and organized work area.

• Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered,whereeach guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.

What You Bring:

• Previousexperience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experiencerequiredwith high end restaurant experience preferred.

• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.

• This role has direct contact with guests and as such,good communicationskills are a necessity.

• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.

• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability tolift upto 50lbs.

• Fluency in English isrequiredfor thislocationand this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
