Job summary

Quanta Nashville is seeking an entry-level Repair Technician I to diagnose, repair, and test server hardware in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role supports production by ensuring quality and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities include basic diagnostics, parts ordering with the DMR tool, and accurate documentation of repairs and test results. You will also learn when to escalate issues to senior technicians.

Qualifications

• Entry-level server repair role requiring basic diagnostics and documentation.
• Ability to follow 5S and maintain organized work area.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and test server hardware components (motherboards, CPUs, memory, storage).
• Order parts using the DMR tool when needed.
• Document repairs and test results in internal systems.
• Enter repair data into the Quanta manufacturing system (QMS).
• Follow 5S practices and support daily throughput targets.
