Responsibilities

• Test and diagnostics of notebooks and servers.
• Repair or replace parts as necessary for notebooks and servers.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and complete applicable documentation.
• Use of tools and test equipment to diagnose issues with notebooks and servers.
• Document and communicate repair issues to engineering.
• Data collection and analysis for problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for ensuring product quality through repair and testing to meet specifications.
• Troubleshoots electromechanical products and reports quality issues to management.
