Job summary

CSAT Solutions is hiring a Server Repair Engineering Technician 1 to support engineers in repairing AI server assemblies and related components. You will follow documented procedures, troubleshoot BIOS, drivers, and firmware, and verify repairs with diagnostics and logs.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 1+ year electronics repair experience, Linux/Ubuntu familiarity and strong English communication. We offer a warehouse environment, hands-on training, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent coursework toward a B.S. in engineering preferred.
• 1+ year of electronics repair or related experience.
• Basic troubleshooting of computer hardware and server assemblies.
• Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments.
• Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.
• Proficient English communications.
• Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and validating repair processes for AI server assemblies.
• Perform repairs per documented procedures and engineering direction.
• Troubleshoot server components, BIOS, drivers and firmware.
• Document repairs and results in tracking systems.
• Support new product introduction readiness and training.
• Maintain tools and adhere to ESD and safety requirements.
• Ensure ISO 9001 quality requirements.
