Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Endwell, NY is seeking a Server/Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver a best-in-class dining experience to residents, colleagues and guests we serve, ensuring exemplary service across all interactions.

The role reports to the Director of Dining Services and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus prior experience in food service and customer service. Starting pay rate is $16.00/hr with weekly direct deposit, and both full-time and part-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining experience for residents, colleagues, and guests.
• Lead service of food or beverages and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Explain menu items and ingredients to residents.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and report issues to supervisor.
• Keep service areas stocked and assist with setup and breakdown.
• Assist culinary staff at stations as directed.
• Provide attentive, approachable customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
