Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Full Time Guest Server/Guest Experience Ambassador at Louisville, KY. You will deliver a best-in-class dining experience to residents, colleagues, and guests, leading hospitality in all interactions and ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.

The role reports to the Director of Dining Services and includes duties such as serving food/beverages, describing menu items, assisting culinary staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining experience to residents, colleagues and guests.
• Cascade a spirit of hospitality in all dealings.
