Job summary

Vista Senior Living Management is seeking a Server to join Willow Falls, a senior living community dedicated to exceptional dining service and resident well-being. The role supports residents and guests by taking orders, serving meals, and addressing requests in a timely, courteous manner.

The position offers full-time and part-time shifts with consistent scheduling and a focus on safety, hygiene, and teamwork within the dining services team.

Responsibilities

• Takes food order, presents to kitchen staff and delivers meal to residents and guests in a proper and timely manner
• Ensures resident guest satisfaction
• Responds quickly to resident or guest requests
• Reports any resident comments or concerns to Dining Services Manager immediately
• Assists in bussing and resetting tables
• Completes all side work as assigned
• Complies with all state and county health codes for food handling
• Attends all in-services training and pre-shift meetings
• Handles china, glassware and equipment safely and quietly to minimize breakage
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
• Performs other duties as assigned

Position: Server (Full-time & Part-Time)

• Mondays to Fridays, every other weekend
• FULL-TIME: Shifting schedule of 7 AM to 2 PM and 11 AM to 6:30 PM
• PART-TIME: 4 PM to 6:30 PM
• $15/hour

Main Responsibilities
