Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) in Oakland, CA is seeking a Server to join our team. You will take meal and drink orders, serve meals, and ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

You will maintain dining areas, follow cleaning schedules, and uphold safety and service standards while demonstrating courtesy and friendliness toward residents, guests, and staff. This role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.

• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
