Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Rock Island, IL is seeking a frontline hospitality teammate to uphold a Service Culture that delivers Superior guest service by all team members. You will take orders from guests promptly and by name when possible, keep work areas clean and organized, and assist with daily bar maintenance and dish station flow.

You may handle cash for beverage charges, maintain par levels for inventory, and stay informed about promotions and events.

Responsibilities

• Develops a Service Culture that ensures delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Taking orders from guests in a timely manner and correctly according to order given, using the guests' name when possible.
• Keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Use daily maintenance of all bar equipment.
• Pre-bussing tables and taking dirty dishes to the dish station.
• Responsibilities may include receiving funds (cash for beverage charges).
• Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Target Salary:

• Target Salary Range $9 plus tips
