Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is seeking full-time or part-time dine-in food and beverage servers, waitresses or waiters in Honolulu. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences in a scratch-kitchen setting.

The team will be trained on service standards, upselling guidance, and menu knowledge to ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from seating to payment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette are required.
• Must be able to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• No previous experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the menu and can answer guests’ questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience and handles orders and payments.
• Knows seating layout and server areas to deliver food efficiently.
