P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dining room service professionals for immediate full-time or part-time roles as dine-in food and beverage Servers. You will engage guests and ensure an exceptional guest experience from welcome to payment.

Training is provided to help you build hospitality skills and restaurant knowledge. Prior experience is not required. We value strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Food Handler’s Card provided or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
