P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Nashville is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters.

No prior experience is required, as we provide on-the-job training and a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, explain the menu, take and serve orders, and process payments with a hospitality-first approach. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with tips, discounted meals, and opportunities for advancement as part of a team that values

Competenze

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
