P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers to join our team. You will be at the heart of guest experiences, greeting guests, explaining menu options, and delivering meals and drinks with attentive service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. We value excellent customer service, proper sanitation practices, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
