Location: 13977 Trade Center Drive - Fishers, IN 46038. Salary Range: $2.13 - $2.13 per hour. Now hiring: Servers (Front-of-House Team Members).

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Utilize conflict‑management, analytical, and emotional‑intelligence skills to recognize and solve guest problems.
• Apply knowledge of responsible alcohol service (RAS) procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policies.
• Work closely with the team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
