Job summary

Olympia Fields Country Club is seeking a Server to deliver a five-star dining experience for members and guests, both during private and club-hosted events. You will be part of a fast-paced hospitality team that emphasizes exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a welcoming personality, strong communication, and the ability to anticipate members' needs while maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Prior banquet or server experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Fluent in written and conversational English.
• Experienced POS user.
• Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely in Clubhouse and patio areas.
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 50 lbs.

SUMMARY

Requirements

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior banquet or server experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Clubhouse and patio areas.
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 50 lbs.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

• Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Expected to work during our Golf season, mid-April to December
• Shifts start as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 2:00 am.
• Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours.
