Olympia Fields Country Club invites you to join our team as a Food Runner, delivering a five-star dining experience to members and guests at private or club-hosted events.

We offer a hospitality-focused, fast-paced environment where you can grow and advance, with seasonal work from mid-April to December and shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Conversational English.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the Clubhouse and patio areas.
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs. 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY

The Food Runner creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests when at the Club for a private or Club-sponsored event. Responsible for providing a five-star member dining experience and executing member and club-hosted events.

Requirements

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 16 years old
• Conversational English.

• Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Clubhouse and patio areas.
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs. 60 lbs.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

• Expected work during our season, mid-April to December
• Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts start as early as 6:0 am and end as late as 2:00 am.
• Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours.
