The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with Windows servers, AD/GP, vCenter virtualization, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow; hands-on server and network troubleshooting, with ability to work independently and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server 2000–2022 and related OSs.
• AD: User/Group management and Group Policy.
• VMware/vCenter virtualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Support IT systems in QC Labs and maintain a scalable infra.
• Build/maintain virtual servers in vCenter.
• Troubleshoot server and network issues; strong on ITSM workflows.
