Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Server for our community restaurant. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, and help select dishes and drinks to create a memorable dining experience.

In this full-time role, you will use the POS system to coordinate orders, ensure accuracy, and support a warm, welcoming environment. Eligibility for benefits is included with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Server must hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the state-of-the-art POS system
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community
