Founded in Los Angeles in 2007, Bottega Louie develops premier landmark Restaurants, Patisseries & Cafés. Our objective is to deeply connect with the communities we serve by creating premium Fine Dining, Patisserie, Bakery and Café experiences thoughtfully designed and accessible to everyone.

• People who are Full‑time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended periods of time

Compensation

• Top performers earn approximately $50 - $65.00/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
• $17.87 of hourly compensation + $50 - $65 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of Servers sales data)
• Our top server last period made $65 per hour including tips
• 48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap)
