Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Server for I.d. Delafield, a two-level restaurant. You will deliver warm, knowledgeable service and help guests choose food and drinks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service flow.

As a Server, you’ll take orders, assist with seating, keep areas clean, handle payments securely, and respond to guest inquiries with a smile. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area to satisfy health board requirements.
• Receive proper payment from guest and ensure accuracy of guest check and payment method.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments with timely and knowledgeable information to provide quality service.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Have fun at work and contribute to a positive guest experience.
