Geronimo Hospitality Group seeks a capable Server for Lucy's #7 Burger Bar in Wisconsin. You will take food and beverage orders, help set and rearrange tables, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while ensuring accuracy in guest checks and payments.

You'll provide friendly service, share knowledge about menu options, and support a positive team atmosphere. This role emphasizes guest experience and professional appearance within a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer).
• Legible handwriting, strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• One year server experience is preferred.
• MICROS and Square POS Systems.

Responsibilities

• Take customers' food and beverage orders
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area to satisfy health board requirements
• Receive proper payment from guest and ensure accuracy of guest check and payment method
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone with timely information
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Have fun at work and contribute to a welcoming guest experience
