Job summary

Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the casino and non-gaming areas. You will deliver exceptional guest service, manage a full tray, and maintain beverage service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include standing for long periods, assisting guests with special privileges, and following the beverage manual. Must be 18+, TIPS-certified, and able to pass a pre-employment drug test; overtime and

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness certified through TIPS arranged by Grand Falls.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

• Acknowledge guest with special privileges (ie.complimentary drinks).
• Perform related tasks determined necessary by management.
