We are seeking a personable and attentive Culinary Aide to join our Culinary Department at Canterbury Inn!

Part-time opportunity! Starting at $16.28/hour! Multiple Shifts! 7AM - 2PM, 11AM - 7:30PM, or 4PM - 7:30PM.

Responsibilities

Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness
Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
Assist residents in selecting food and beverages by presenting menu, making suggestions and explaining chefs’ daily specials
Bus dirty dishes and refill residents’ beverages as needed
Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times
Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor
Assist with special events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Positive interpersonal skills are required
A food handler's card is required
Basic math skills
