SUMMARY:

Our front of house Food & Beverage staffpossess an infectiousenthusiasm for the culinary world, wine and spirits, they provide exceptionalservice to our guests during their dining experience with us by possessing athoroughunderstanding of Forbes 4 Starservice level expectations and executing them.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Greet guests and present specials, share your enthusiasm for the culinary world, wine and spirits

• Set and clear tables, welcome guests, provide water service

• Take orders and deliver food and beverage accurately and timely, consistently checking for quality

• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas and specialty drinks as well as menu items, such as sandwiches, muffins, bagels or salads.

• Up-sell Food and Beverage options by making well Informed and eloquent suggestions.

• Check in on patrons to be sure their meals are exceeding expectations and take action to correct any issues

• Calculate chit (tickets or orders printed from the point-of-sale system) accurately, complete payment processing for orders, including delivery of the check and verifying payment method.

• Prepare orders, verify appropriate silverware and condiments as needed, place on the tray in a way that is appealing and secure for delivery.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

• Clean service areas, restock service stations, complete side work such as rolling silverware, making accoutrements for dishes, refilling and labeling condiments, prepping garnishes, polishing glassware, napkin inventory, organizing, re-stocking and prepping for next shift as well as assisting other team members as needed.

• Order, receive and stock supplies and products. Wrap, label and date food items.
