Qualifications

• Experience handling payments, calculating checks and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present daily specials.
• Set and clear tables, provide water service and hospitality.
• Take orders and deliver food/beverage with timely accuracy and quality check.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks.
• Upsell menu items with informed suggestions to guests.
• Check in with patrons to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Manage tickets and payments at the point of sale.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and keep stations stocked.
