Job summary

Bowl & Barrel is seeking friendly servers to be the face of our restaurant and deliver memorable guest experiences. Compensation includes hourly wage plus tips.

You will ensure tables are clean, present menus, take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide high-quality service to help us attract and retain customers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Tip pool or tip sharing with other employees.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Patience and customer oriented approach.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with sanitation and order.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.

• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
