Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Waltham invites outgoing Servers/Bartenders to join our Bistro team. You will craft cocktails, serve food and beverages, and ensure a welcoming, guest-focused experience in a fast-paced, casual setting open year-round.

We value someone who can educate guests on menu options, handle transactions accurately, and work with a positive attitude. Must be 21+, with knowledge of spirits and wine; prior bartending or food service is preferred, and training is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or food service preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine hospitality passion.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to every guest
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Educate guests on menu and beverage offerings and make recommendations
